This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on LookPeer.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after successful payment confirmation. Processing time may increase during sales, holidays, high order volume or unavoidable operational delays.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is generally 5-7 working days after dispatch. For remote locations, courier delays or serviceability issues, delivery may take 7-10 working days or more.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be offered on selected products, campaigns or promotional offers.

Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and correct delivery address, pincode and contact number. LookPeer is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address, wrong phone number, incomplete pincode or customer unavailability.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, WhatsApp or the website order status page where available.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the courier partner may attempt delivery again or return the shipment. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping in some cases.
